in July 2008, Qunci will launch it is Premier Qunci Pool Villas Hotel. Located just 100 meters down the beach from the existing hotel and facing directly at Bali's Mount Gunung Agung, Qunci Pool Villas will incorporate similar designs and esthetic approaches to the existing hotel with 3 significant differences:

- The Ocean View rooms will be slightly larger in size;
- The Oceanfront overflow pool will be 30 meters in length;
- Qunci Pool Vilas will also offer 1- Bedroom units with private swimming pools.

The Qunci Pool Villas complex will be comprised of 20 Ocean View units, and 6 (six) 1-Bedroom and 3 (three)2-Bedroom units each with their own private pools. Additionally, Qunci Pool Villas will open its Qamboja Spa with a wide range of therapeutic treatments, Qupu Gallery featuring archipelago art and traditional cloths, a Guest Pavilion Business center, a 48 seat Asian-cuisine Restaurant with separate Bar area, and a lounge beach desk for relaxing with a special drink and snack menu.
