Family with child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents is free of charge, but breakfast is chargeable.
Check out time: 12:00 hours. Any extension is subject to prior arrangement + discretion of hotel management.
Day Use Rates: 50% of the above rates up to 18:00 hours, after which is subject to one full day rate.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation received TWO week prior to arrival date.
For cancellation received within TWO week prior to arrival, 1 (one) night will be charged.
For cancellation received within 72 HOURS prior to arrival, or in the even of no show, 100% from total invoice will be charged. Cancellation should be made in writing.

First of all we would like to say a "Big Thank You" for organizing our last trip to Lombok. Our stay at Puri Mas was great as usual and really enjoyed the trip to Komodo. We are planning a return trip with friends and would like some rates for the Villa, Family Suite and Room 1 (sea view) and also availability. Thank you for a fantastic holidays. This was our first visit to Lombok but it won't be our last. Your service has been excellent from our first enquiry via the internet, to our departure today - and all the arrangements for our stay have worked smoothly. Saiful, our guide has been a very knowledgeable guide to the island, and nothing has been too much trouble. Our hotel - Holiday Resort Lombok is ideal for families right on the beach, with large gardens and a huge pool. We'll certainly recommend Lombok Network Holidays to anyone planning to visit this beautiful island.

Thank you for your invitation to comment on our recent trip to Bali/Lombok and Gili Air. This was not our first trip to Lombok...we love the island very much and intend to visit again (as often as possible). We found that your "Network" was an advantage for us and possibly could be extended to include in the Garuda Orient Holiday package deals who promote Bali in particular. I feel that Lombok has more to offer but communication is difficult for foreigners. Having an efficient internet service would be an advantage.
